I found the ladies in the office to be very polite and helpful. When the service man came to my home he wore shoes covers. He fixed three of my appliances in one visit. I was shocked. He reminded me that they had a coupon on their website. So I went on the site and printed it out. He even accepted it on my repair! He was nice and friendly. He took time to explain the repair and what he was doing to my appliances. I thought that was great because that normally doesn't happen. It is so wonderful to finally find and honest company, that give you the extras without all the fuss and costs. I will recommend this company to anyone.
