Completely unprofessional. I called and spoke with Gladys and asked for a quote. I decided to use their services because their price was fair. I called back the same day and Gladys was not available. Danny advised that Gladys would send it via email by end of day. I never received it, called back the following afternoon and Danny said he would send it now. Called later that afternoon and left a message. I never received the quote via email or got a call back. If you are unable to do something just say so, instead of wasting someone's time who is trying to pay you to service them.

My patio screens needed repair and I contacted Sunset Screens and repairs for the Job; They came promptly and did a fantastic job. They only use high quality materials and are very professional, plus their prices are also very good. Highly Recommended. A+.
