They are the best carpet cleaners in Wisconsin. They are slightly more expensive than some of the cut rate companies in the area but their ability to be flexible with scheduling and the top notch results are worth an extra $5-10

Water from rain. They were on site in an hour or two and had us pumped out and set up for drying in another hour. Great work.

Our sump pump failed. Sullivan's came in and dried and cleaned our flooded basement. They were quick and worked with us even though our insurance didn't cover the damage.

Have used several and non get the job done like Sullivan's. The process they use and the care the Bruce provides is superior to any other company in the area.

I have neglected my carpet and rugs for a long time. Not because I wanted to but they were stained to the point where I figured I would need to just get new ones. One was a family heirloom rug that has been passed down from my great grandma. I was referred to Sullivan's from a friend who had used there restoration service when a roof leaked and he had yellow stains on his white carpet. I decided to give them a call and I was extremely happy that I did. I spoke on the phone with an employee named Bruce who walked me through all of the information on what he could do. He came over and cleaned the carpets and I was shocked to see how they went from a dull grey grunge to a pleasant whitish gray that I had never seen since my time living in my home. This must have been what they looked like when they were first purchased. It was amazing how good of a job he did. I showed him the rug that I had and he explained to me that it was wool and for best results he would take it back to his shop to clean it. I was hesitant at first figuring he could just do what he did in my home to this and I would be satisfied. After he re-assured me that he would handle it with care I let him take it. 3 days later he called me and let me know it turned out really well and he would drop it off or I could pick it up at any time. When I saw it, it almost brought a tear to my eye. I have so many memories of sitting with my gma laying on this rug while she read my stories or fed me hot soup while I was sick and for years it has been sitting neglected. It now looks just as I remembered it as a child. I wanted to leave this review to let everyone know if there is a way Bruce at Sullivan's Cleaning will be sure to give you the best of his ability and will not give up until you are satisfied.
