STS Upgrade Your Floor, formerly Santos hardwood floors, has been serving the Charlotte community since it s founder Jo o Santos immigrated alone from Brazil to America in 1996 as a teenager to live the American Dream, speaking little English and Finding work only as a day laborer, Jo o learned and preformed all phases in the installation of hardwood floors in Charlotte and its surrounding cities, growing tired of working for others for a days pay Jo o Santos took a risk and decided to start his own business. Today STS floors takes pride and is proud about our quality craftsmanship and Jo o s journey to achieve it, we are a passionate family and we employee only skilled professionals in all stages of the hardwood floor process and will not sacrifice integrity nor quality in completing your project.
