They forfeited their corporation on 10/02/2009 for nonpayment of corporation tax/fees. Dale indsor, proprietor, is only licensed as a Journeyman HVAC technician, and not qualified to operate a business under Maryland Law.



As of this date he is urrently being sued by the Montgomery County Government under "Contract Law" provisions. Case # 060100125402012 scheduled to be heard at 191 Jefferson St Courthouse in Rockvile, MD.



This is all public information available to anyone to research and verify. In short, the honesty and credibility of this contractor is extremely suspect, buyer beware!

If you want high quality work, honesty, competitive prices, and nice people to get the job done right the first time, go with Strickly Residential. Dale has fixed our heater (when another company told us it was a different, much more expensive part - he diagnosed it correctly - a $95 part as opposed to a $600 part!). He came out when our heat froze up in between the historic snow storms this winter (and got it working). He replaced our old AC system (that was over 20 years old, and had mold throughout it) with high quality workmanship, and a more energy efficient system (We love our new system!). In my opinion, I would never go with any other company. Honesty and high quality work go a long way!
