The facility is very clean, including the rest room! I like the convenient hours, safe neighborhood. The nicest part of Storage Now is the staff, exceptionally friendly and very helpful, always a pleasure to stop in and chat when I need to come to my storage unit. Wish rates were much more competitive with other local storage though.

this facility is very clean .... being Christmas time, the decorations were just lovely !! The staff that I met ---the Johnsons - were super!!! I was having a REALLY bad day (or year !!) and they just couldnt have been nicer ... so helpful, and helped my day get a little bit brighter . I will recommend this storage facility to anyone who asks, and I am glad that I found it !!!

Love the staff here. They are always nice and friendly. They are willing to lend a helping hand and a smile even when we are sweating in the scorching arizona heat. its always a pleasure to come here even though it means work.

In trying to find storage for my household and musical equipment; Storage Now was one of severalI looked at. I found the managers very helpful and the facility overall clean and well maintained. I feel that I have made a good choice in storing with Storage Now.

During a recent home remodel I stored my furniture at this location. I live in the area and have driven by this buildingfor years and had noticed it has always been well taken care of.Which, is why when I needed storage they were my first and onlystop. The inside is VERY CLEAN, NEAT and ORGANIZED. The managers were very helpful answering my many questions as I have never used self storage before. They made it quick andeasy and low stress which I really appreciated. I felt greatknowing my furniture was going to be in a clean, safe and secureplace for the next few months.

The building and grounds are very clean and well maintained. The interior is light and bright with security cameras and alarmed units. The managers are most helpful with my special needs and requests. The best storage experience I've had!
