I called Steve's Towing at 1:12 a.m. on 4/18/13 because my truck was broke down on the side of I-75. I first asked for a mobile service unit and was told no one was available. I asked if I could be towed off the interstate with a heavy duty wrecker and was likewise told there was no one to send me. Why does the website state 24 hour service and show big rig wreckers if there is no one to send me?

My truck locked up while i was going down the highway in 15 degree weather at 4am i waited for AAA to find a towing company i was pleasent suprise to have someone as great as kevin from steves towing very nice guy, made me feel confortble being a 22 year female 30 miles away from home was kinda of worry but i would recommand to friends and family this company thanks to Kevin

Use these guys they are the best..... Took really good care of my 2009 Corvette. I went of the road on I-75 @ the 32mm and i didn't think anyone would be able to winch it out with out doing further damage but wow that guy was good, Must have went thru a lot of training. again thanks you saved me from extra repair cost. I personally waited on the side of 75 for three hours for “STEVES” after I was told 5 different times that it would only be 25 more mins! Really?!?!? After three hours I had another company respond within 15 mins that I called them! And secondly I checked with the Franklin Police Department …They have never given or voted anyone as “Tow Man of the Year Nomination By the Franklin Police Department COMcheck™ Accepted” in fact they said they have had the most problems from your company. So your self proclaimed or what? Get your stuff together before you boast!

They are seriously AMAZING! Thank you Steve's Towing so much for helping me when I needed it the most! I had a flat tire and honestly it was really scary bc I didnt know what to do. When I called them they answered right away, calmed me down and came out right away. Thanks again for everything!!!

I highly recommend Steve's for any towing needs. These guys responded to my call with in 15 minutes of calling them for a tow. The tow truck driver looked very professional and was very well polite. They took very good car of my car and the towing price was very reasonable compared to other towing companies.

Called them for a service call for a no start on a tractor, started truck and then shut off as if it was not charging. They wanted to to the truck to the shop, had them replace alternator on site so they removed the batteries and took them to their shop to charge them ended up with a $1000 bill when all was said and done they would have installed new batteries if they had them and it would have been even higher!
