Did not build my garage with any kind of master skill's craftsmanship, did not follow speck sheet or village required idams, in fact village hall is 6 blocks away from his door step. I could not believe how it passed. Should had a idea of this as he was at the inspection, sad no idea if the guy that followed the head inspectors directions still has a job, head inspector builder compulsive lire's, any body else as a builder will be afar better choice.

My garage was built by a so called custom garage builder. Far far from this clam. dose not followed plan or speck sheet. Builds with subcontractors. flooding all review sites with other reviews to push out the real reviews he dose not want any potential buyer to see or read of his tricks to get out of his bad builds, 35 +years you learn a great deal on how to avoid, gain favor from reviews and town and courts.

Find a good builder, this company is only out to rip you off PERIOD

Just horrible, Thay framed my garage no idea of standerds of framing . Thay get people to belive the door's that are installed if required by code to be fire door. it not even a standerd door.it not to door standerd's. odd size if it get's damaged you will need to reframe whole opening.so you will never find a door to replace it. dose not floow plans . warenty and garenty and in house service are words on paper. if he can get you to belive it .well you's sunk. problems show up after he has you'r money.

I would not have this company a block from my propertie. Or any bodys elseis for that matter.just come to my e mail.adress, show you pleanty of great picks. of his so called master carpentry. the only thing he has masterd is to get you'r money and flee in to the night. biffshondell on facebook

Well A s/l master garage builder, far from that in any means. Names biff shondell or john meenagha.Phil or the owner knows me.I have pic's on other review sites go over and take a gander and see what a master can do. for you if this is what you like to recive with you hard earned money. !!! He dosen't like my name . I am vary ashamed of even conserding this company let alone hireing them.

STEELE AND LOEBER BUILT A VERY NICE GARAGE.THEY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO BE HELPFULL THE WORKMANSHIP IS VERY NICE.I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY.

do a good job on building but they do not know the differance between a 3 foot opening and a 3 foot door. to them a 3 foot door can be 34 inchs.as they us replacement frames on there garages unless you want a wood frame then you can get a 3 foot door.
