We were down in highland township and they responeded to a call for my husband who had passed out on me while in the service station. The entire respone team was very poilte and courtious to me and took very good care of my husband and got him to the hospital alive. Thank you. I have never heard of your company til I was in that area and am very thankfull for everything they did for our family. There is only one other company that I know of that is as good as this one. It was a excellent unit and very well trained staff for our situation. My husband has emphyzema and goes unconious alot because of the pain he is in. I explained to them about not being in his face if he wakes up cause it caused him flash back and they were very understanding of the problem in that area although he never came to in the ambulance they work on him relentlessly. He wishes that he would have come to in the ambulance so he could personally thank them for there excellent service.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN ,IM WRITING THIS TO LET EVERYONE NO WHAT A GREAT COMPANY AND STAFF YOU ARE ALL,IN THE QUICK RESPONSE TO MY DAUGHTER ASHLEY ON TUESDAY AT SANDBURG ELEMENTARY IN WATERFORD MICHIGAN, AS SHE WAS ON THE FLOOR TERRIFIED, WHICH APPEARED TO BE A SEIZURE, AND IT WAS !!!YOUR KINDNESS AND CARING YOU SHOWED MY ONE AND ONLY CHILD AT THIS TIME WITNESSED BY MY HUSBAND MARK MENT THE WORLD TO ME,LIKE YOU CANT BELEIVE.SHE WAS TAKEN TO ST JOES HOSPITAL ER AND I WAS APPROACHED BY ONE OF THE STAR EMS YOUNG MEN IN THE ER THAT HAD BROUGHT HER IN NEEDED A SIGNATURE WHICH IS A NORMAL PROCEDURE , HE WAS A YOUNG CONFIDENT GENTELMAN I TALKED TO HIM SEVERAL MINUTES,AND HE ASSURED ME WITH A HUG EVERYTHING WILL BE OK !!!!! THAT MENT THE WORLD TO ME LIKE NO ONE WILL EVER NO .I PERSONALLY NO SOME OF YOU BY FACE NAME OR JUST A QUICK HI AS YOUR DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD,THE OWNER A GREAT CARING CONSIDERATE PERSON WHO WILL DO ANYTHING TO HELP ANYONE IF HE COULD ,I WANT TO THANK EVERYONE OF YOU FOR ALL YOU HAVE DONE FOR MY FAMILY ,EVEN IF YOU DONT NO ME OR MY FAMILY ,IM KEEPING EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU IN MY PRAYERS AND IN GODS BLESSINGS!!!!!!!TAKE CARE AND CONTINUE THE GREAT WORK THAT ALL YOU CONFIDENT MEN AND WOMEN DO DAILY TO SAVE LIVES AND SERVE THE COMMUNITY ASHLEY THANKS THE YOUNG MAN WHO BROUGHT HER IN FOR HER BEAUTIFUL BEAR.
