Completely Empty my tank and also let me know I had a leak, which was running all day,great workers and professional. Definitely better than what some of these comments say. Always will use them

This company was supposed to empty my septic tank but did not instead charge me $255 for a job not performed. Ask them to refund my money or rectify the situation and instead they told me off in front of my yard in public called me a liar. This company is ripping you off that's why they want cash only

I have been using this company for years and have recommended them to everyone I know. Leo and his team are always on time, efficient and clean. The most affordable and honest septic company I've worked with.

As a Real Estate Agent, My clients are often required to have not only the septic drained but full inspection as well which can cost around 300.00 for everything (including reports). Not only was this guy much cheaper, He went as far as to advise us that not only was the tank in great shape but the drain field was new and in a different place then we expected. (Foreclosure property) Oh yeah AND changed his schedule around to do it same day in order to close as it was a last minute underwriting requirement...He will be my go to from now on...5 stars to Spring Hill Septic.

Upon moving to Spring Hill I called Spring Hill Septic for a pump out. They came, did it and it was a good job. Today I had them come again. Very friendly, did a great job, put the grass back where they had to dig. The price went up some, but so did everything else! I will definitely call them again the next time I need the job done.

Brilliant. They set up an appointment two days out and arrived right on time AND called me to say they were on the way. They found the septic, dug down to get to the two lids which involved chopping out a lot of roots. Replaced the filter screen, pumped out the tank and put everything back where it was. Price exactly as quoted and one heck of a deal. They were out of here in less than an hour. Highly recommended....

I was out of town and my daughter was staying at my house. The septic actually blew. What a mess in the master shower. They came right on time and drained the tank. We got home late at night so couldn't see anything outside. When I went to look at the septic site outside, everything was cleaned up, put back together and you could barely tell they were here. The price was right. I am so pleased.

The owner(?) quoted me over the phone $175.00. I called White, who I had used before and they quoted me $185. with my veteran discount. Against my better judgement, I said $10. is a lot of $$ right now. Spring Hill Septic came & drained the tank,and then told me $195.00----$20. more than quoted. And this was not a hard job. I told him NO, you told me $175. He argued with me, was nasty and started showing me other tickets I saw one that was $175. I said see, and he said, oh no that's for something else.He had tickets that ranged from $175. to $235.00!! They are crooks!! DON'T EVER USE THEM!!

14 years ago upon buying our home here we had problems with our septic system. We were told that it had to be replaced and the cost would be $ 8,000. We were recommended to call Leo at Spring Hill Septic. Leo discovered a broken discharge pipe that was clogged with roots . A $ 40 repair solved the problem. we have our system cleaned & checked every year and never had another problem. Leo is honest, professional and dependable.

Not sure why all the bad reviews for this business. Here's what happened with me.

I had planned on getting my tank pumped (it was due) and he had done it a few years ago. Then my toilet started becoming sluggish. I was, quite frankly, terrified that I was about to be out thousands for a new drainage field.

I scheduled the appointment, and he arrived - very early (after calling me to see if he could). I explained what was happening, he took one look at the contents of the tank, and said "there's nothing wrong with your field" and then proceeded to explain how he knew.

An unscrupulous person could have taken me for a new field, instead he said I probably have roots in the line. Call a plumber or Roto Rooter.

About 1/2 hour later he was done with the pumping, and I was done with the stress.

They did not mention how badly cracked the lids were (possible they felt guilty about something). One month later a sod worker fell through one. This was not very ethical on their part. Most companies try to get more business by mentioning things like that. I'm just glad that my 90 year old parents didn't fall through them. Apparently they don't need any more business.

If I could have given them no stars, I would have, They came about a week ago, they were here for about 10 minutes, and left with the cash, here we are a week later and my septic tank is full!! He claims that "it fills up in a week" That is total bs. NOT A BBB company beware

I have called several companies and this is not one I would use.

This company has been helping me out for years. They come fast and are way cheaper than any other company I have called for a quote. They give more discounts for loyal customers!

I won't use any other company........and yes I am a real client.......not a friend of theirs : )
