As part of the remodel of our family farm house we ended up with quite a bit of debit. After shopping around and asking a few contractors who they use Southern Disposable’s name kept coming up so I decided to call. I thought I might have to compromise my expectations using a lower priced service but I was pleasantly surprised from the start. In a quick call with Leslie she took care of all the details and a dumpster was at my place the next day.... what great service but that’s not all. I filled the bin in just a few days and needed to switch out bins for a empty one and Leslie made that happen right away. But wait there’s more.... the new bin was delivered and that’s when I met John B, my bin was a little too full and he took care of it by throwing some of the wood in the empty bin... what a great guy, he took care of me and thanked me for my business.... what great customer service and team!

I am having same exact problem. We are piling up with trash. When you call all they will say is there is a work order out. So I'm paying just to have a secretary be rude. I wanted to give no stars but it makes you choose at least one. People would be better off taking chance of getting fine for burning.

This trash company needs better managed I have only had it for two or three months and my trash hasnt been picked up the people are very rude when you call to explain the problem and they act like you should just wait even tho your paying for a service... would not recommend at all!!!!!!

The customer service people are very nice and helpful. They answer the question the best they know how, or they will get you the answer and call you back. The drivers are there when they say they will, not one of these company that say they are going to be there and never show up or show up 4 days later.
