Encountered one of their vans on the highway. He cut across 4 lanes of traffic in one move and then tailgated me. Once I pulled over to let him pass, he got in front of me and slammed on the brakes, and swerved repetedly to keep me behind him. This guy has some serious road rage issues.

Had him work on our new home to buff the floors, refinish some areas and add shiny lacquer. Looked pretty good. Had to have him come back twice though to fix small areas that we noticed including a couple spots missing lacquer, a boot print in the lacquer and a paint bristle under the lacquer. He claimed it was all because our heating system wasn't working properly (even the scratches he left on the floor after simply ripping out the bristle and not fixing the mark?). We had the brand new system fixed twice and turned up the heat like he asked. (BUT it is also early October and the weather hasn't been THAT cold - just in the 60s and 70s.) We thanked him for his time and even offered to pay him for coming back (despite the fact that it should have been addressed the first time). We received rude text messages back today when we thanked him and asked how to compensate him. Including this gem from this morning (spelling errors and all): "Done. Thnks but no thanks on referals. Ur just 2 picky 4 us. Its a floor. Wen furniture is mov bac u wouldn't c it. I was told heat was on. none of this would b happen n." He should have either taken us up on our offer for more money to fix what should have been done in the first place or if he was annoyed with us, just not said ANYTHING to us after fixing the problem. Childish comments like that are not necessary. We live the next town over and weren't trying to inconvenience him. Sorry if we want a nice floor after paying thousands of dollars for having it done in our very first home that we are trying to take pride in. He says he is accredited by the Better Business Bureau and he promotes this on his website. But the BBB says he is not accredited by them and there are complaints with them too about him.

Flunkie, deadbeat, horrible workmanship. Says he has been in business for 28 years. Don't know how that is even possible with the quality of his work. Run, don't walk away from this guy!

Be careful - Quality of finish work is not good. Does not respond to calls for needed repair (one week later) - ordered 33% more wood than needed which I paid directly to supplier, then took overstock and has not refunded. I have just sent a demand letter and will follow with suit in district court if no response.
