Our Painting Process: * We prep your home properly: Wash to clean, Chemical treat mold/moss, Scrape loose/peeling paint, seal up cracks with durable caulking, seal up bare wood spots with heavy bodied flexible bonding primer sealer, and peel bond primer, we also primer the most sun damaged sides of your home.? All this is done prior to repainting your home right The First Time! * One reason you can count on Soto's Construction * Small siding & trim repairs are complimentary when hiring us to paint your home. * We apply paint directly out of the can, No mixing water into the paint to make it go further. We brush finish the gutters. We apply heavy coats of paint, (the right thickness is the most important, it will determine how much protection the cured/dry paint provides, and how long it will last without peeling) * We recommend & use satin paint for exterior walls and semi-gloss for the trim & gutters to prevent chalking/fading, and also to protect your investment.
