I had gone through the Better Business Bureau website to find a company to make some minor repairs to my roof. I called SOS Construction based on the information on their website stating that they do handle repairs. I received a call back from Shane who is apparently a sales representative for SOS asking to meet with me late in the day on Thursday June 21st. At about five minutes prior to meeting received a second call from Shane advising that he had double booked his appointments and needed to reschedule. Agreed to reschedule at 8:00 am on June 22nd. Shane arrived and called my phone versus ringing my doorbell to let me know that he was here. Went outside to advise on where the repair was and Shane basically laughed and advised it would be a few weeks before he would be able to have a roofer available to make the repairs necessary and since I had advised there had been another company out, Shane also advised to allow that other company to come and do the repair for my roof. Sad state of affairs by a company that is BBB Accredited and supposedly one of the better roofing companies in Omaha. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SOS CONSTRUCTION TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!
