If I could rate this company w...

If I could rate this company with 0 stars I would. They sure are friendly to you in the beginning, and the owner Brian Mondeschein told me that the Engineer we hired to tell us exactly what to do was incorrect and he had a better solution to my problem he assured me that I would have no more water intrusion into my home. He promised me that I would not get any water in my home after they repaired the water problemI was having...then in 2013 water came in, and I called and he said the system was working fine, and they could only contain 90% of the water, and because there was so much water that fell in 10 hours that the water that came in was normal. I don't think it's normal for water to come into a home. In 2014 I am still getting water in my home, I called and asked for him to check it out, he took over a week to address my problem, and then he comes up with another excuse, something else to blame. Horrible company do not hire them to solve your water problems, they won't solve your water issue.
