Provided by YP.comReceived a quote for my company. After 2 months I called to find out where the quote was. Was told they couldn't beat the price I already had from another company. ( I don't even recall telling them that, but OK, I'll take that one) I stated that I was interested in their bid, please send it. After another week with no response I called and someone else answered the phone. I asked for the quote again, they stated they would get back to me, today. After 2 more days, I called again to ask if there was a manager, person asked what I needed. I inform him of my issue, to which he snapped at me, "It was sent". Didn't hear me out, just jumped to defense. I was very nice the whole time. Will not be using them for my job. Mainly because of how they made it seem it was my fault somehow.
