I built a new home with Toll Brothers in Windermere FL in 2013 and Signature Pools was the pool builder. Signature Pools was great at the beginning but they have grown so fast they are not receptive to their customers issues and complaints. I have had many issues with pool features not working because of the staff's lack of knowledge and the newest dispute is a brand new pool heater blew within my 3 year warranty of taken ownership of the home. Signature states they installed the heater when Toll Brothers owned the home which was a few months before I took ownership. Toll Brothers says it's Signature pools issue. Signature Pools says it's Toll Brothers builders issue. Meanwhile the customer (Me) is stuck in the middle with each company's culpability to the problem. Meanwhile I am looking for a lawyer to figure out which company owes me the money for a new heater?
Signature Pools is not the same company it was when I signed on with them in 2013. Their service stinks!

I was a loyal customer for ten years of this company and the last year has been absolutely awful!!!! The absolute worse customer service, the technicians fix one thing and break another, there is no accountability and I would not reccomend this pool service to anyone. Thanks for the great first 9 years, but the changes made this year and dealing with Maureen Bamrick have been a nightmare. STAY AWAY, THIS COMPANY IS NOT WAS IT WAS A FEW YEARS AGO!!

Signature Pools, inc of Orlando, Fl treated our family extremely horrible! On 1-27-14, we called Signature Pools, inc and spoke with Zach. We emailed him our pool design ideas and he called back and stated he was too busy to work with us so he passed us on to John Salzer. We resent our designs to him. John called after reviewing them and we spoke regarding our design, budget, and how we were definitely open to any and all suggestions for a family pool to be within our cash budget. John proceeded to be extremely rude, disrespectful and degrading to us and claimed he would not be our pool builder and had not one ounce of willingness to build a $45,000-$50,000 pool for us. He stated that he can pick and choose who he wants to work with because he has a lot of years in the pool business and he doesn't need our money. We have never been so embarrassed, humiliated and degraded by a company in our lives.



Our only desired resolution is that we only want other customers to know that Signature Pools, inc of Orlando, Fl is a company that doesn't need your business and will ultimately treat you like it as well.

We are truly thrilled by having such a wonderful pool area, feels like we are on vacation every day, and we are very happy to have selected Signature Pools, Orlando, to make our dreams come true!
