Was traveling in the area and had an issue with a tire valve. I pulled in and they immediately fixed it and sent me on my way. Very professional and courteous staff.

I recently had some work done on one of my dump trailers and had horrible service. The employees within the company are not trained or licensed to work on dump trailers or able to service these kinds of equipment. They were extremely dishonest when it came to diagnosing the problem at hand. Insurance fraud is what it looks like. The OWNER Bill explained to me that the trailer would be available in about 4 to 5 weeks due to part availability and it was not completed and we are at week 9. They sent the trailer home in an unsafe manner when he told me that it was ready to work. The welding that Seto's Towing performed was not up to safe standards and someone could have really been injured due to their negligence. I would recommend that NO one should have work performed at this establishment due to the dishonest, selfish, and unsafe practices. My driver could have been injured or killed as well as hurt the environment around him as Seto's Towing deemed the trailer safe for working purposes.

Had my vehicle towed to Setos to repair a broken power-steering line. They claimed to repair it, so I paid and drove off. The next day I had to drive back to Md, but unfortunately the line was not installed correctly. I had to stop every hour to add fluid to the line to make it home. Once home, I had my mechanic fix their shoddy work and it cost about the same. All the documents, photos were sent to Seto's and even the shop manager called Seto's to explain to them what they did wrong... Seto's would not provide any compensation for their incorrect work. DO NO USE.

Lory, I'm sorry that you had a bad experience at Seto's. We try to make all of our customers as we have for 50 years. We do purchase BP fuel but unfortunately the regional company has not set up our computers with the software that allows us to run the coupons from KMART. I have also received the coupons from Kmart , I know they state at participating stations and that the coupon code must be entered prior to fueling. This sounds like a misunderstanding and a lack following direction!

Dee was right, I had work done on my caddy. Overheating proplem. Bingo to the rescue. He was very nice to work with. He talked me through all he did and showed me all the parts that were bad. Did many tests to be sure it wasn't a head gasket. This is the second time I had work done there and have been very pleased with the service. Bingo knows his stuff and they are very reasonable.Gerry lane Pa.

IF YOU WANT TO ADVERTISE YOURSELF AS A BP GAS STATION YOU SHOULD HONOR BP COUPONS -- OTHERWISE BE AN INDEPENDANT (BUT THEN YOU WOULDN'T GET THE FREE ADVERTISING KMART OFFERS WITH THEIR BP 30 CENTS OFF COUPONS, AND YOU WOULDN;T GET THE UNSUSPECTING MOTORISTS FILLING UP THEIR GAS TANKS BELIVING YOU WILL HONOR THEIR COUPONS, NOW WOULD YOU?). THE WOMAN INSIDE WAS RUDE AND ARROGANT. I JUST WOULDN'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE TO CHANGE A LIGHTBULB IN MY CAR. CONSUMER BEWARE!

I had a problem with my car recently while vacating and stopped in Seto's to see if they could help me. A big shout out to Bingo! He was so nice to us and fixed our car within minutes. He was very helpful and honest...this means the world to you when you are in an unfamiliar town. Will always use them if I have trouble again and would reccommend to anyone. Thank you Bingo!

I unexpectedly needed a car repair service in the Outer Banks while I was on vacation. There was a problem with my transmission fluid that was causing my car to lurch forward. I took my car to another Outer Banks car repair shop to have them look at it, and they said my fluid was "good" but that I might need to replace the transmission. I called my car repair shop back home to ask for advice. They suggested I get a second opinion, so I looked online for Outer Banks auto service center reviews so that I could find a more reliable service center than the first place I went. Seto's had wonderful reviews, so I called to find out what they would suggest. They were super-friendly and patient on the phone, so I took my car in this morning. Carl - the owner - was extremely helpful. He listened attentively while I told him every detail of what had been happening. He replaced the transmission fluid and even let me ride along for the test drive so I would feel comfortable driving home. Awesome!!
