They came to do clean up and drying after water in kitchen. got the worst service that could ever be thought of. The ones that came were untrained and did not know what they were doing. spent most of their time texting on phone or waiting for someone else to come. They had no regard for my property. Made a big mess and never cleaned it up. Finally did get heaters and fans set up to dry floor. I was told that it would be 13 wks before the could start to repair floor in kitchen. I had to force them to remove the fans and heaters after 4 days.Got floor repaired and kitchen back in use the following
week. Also caught the Covid which very likely was carried by them. I would not let
these people work on my dog house. I did not call them to do work my insurance company called them without my permission. VERY POOR SERVICE!!!!!

Let me start off by saying I don’t normally leave reviews, especially one like this. However, if someone else had left a review like this one it might have saved us a lot of trouble.

Went under contract with Service Master in Feb/March of 2021 for a medium sized home claim (around $30-$50k in damage). Daryn (project manager) started out very responsive and attentive. Fast forward to Oct 2021 and this is where we stand. Company did extremely sloppy work (porch boards have gaps, trim around roof is already coming loose and wasn’t cut straight, additional damage was done to the property which company stated they would fix and haven’t yet after 5+ months).

To make matters worse the company thus far is deciding to hold money for parts of the project that we ended up doing ourself (painting etc. on the inside due to delay after delay without explanation). At this point it has been 3-4 months since the work was “completed” and the response I get for the last 2 months is “I’ll get back to you” or “I’ll get something over soon”. Hoping this review will urge the company to “expedite” our refund or repair the remaining issues. If not we will be forced to pursue a lawsuit for breach of contract.
