This Place here is a crock of crap, I called to have my grandmothers septic tank emptied and they refused to come out because of the snow they said that they do come out during the winter but here they won't take the truck down into my aunt's driveway to go into the field to the septic tank to empty it. after they already said that they would. The only reason why he wouldn't come down is because he was afraid that the truck would get stuck in the snow because the truck is a tri axle truck kinda like a dump truck, and that he doesn't want to leave the black top area. Also he doesn't want to take the truck off the road. But why say that he would come out and empty it but then do the opposite? The only reason why I wanted to go with this company is because it was the cheapest one that I have found because my grandmother is elderly and so is my mother and they are on a fixed income. But I can't believe that they would do that do my grandmother they should have a heart when the septic tank is backing up into the sink and tub this company would rather lose money instead of helping. Sell's out of Tamaqua sucks and doesn't deserve any business whatsoever.
