Our office has been using Medi Globe for medical transcription and billing for several months now. Our transcription reports always come back within 24 hours and the price of their service is about half of what it was costing us before.



We just started using their transcription database service. I was hesitant at first. We were happy with our paper charts. But I really like being able to access patient history from any internet connection. Once we get more history in the system, it will be nice to pull a complete transcription history at a glance. (And we can still print it out if we want)



Our St. Louis rep came to our office and walked us through the transition from our old company and has kept in touch to make sure that we were happy with the quality of the work.



Best of all, I don't have to worry about staffing or training anymore.
