To clarify these matters, this person called about a tow from wake forest, N.C. to henderson N.C. This person said it was twenty-five miles from her residence and i looked it up on map quest and gives thirty six miles from my place of business to her residence. We charge $3 dollars a mile one way, plus hook up fee of $22.50. Then this person said she was going to call me back and i told her that after hours {which is after 12 p.m. on saturdays} is a extra charge because we have to pay the tow truck drivers overtime. -Thanks-

Amazingly rude! I called and gave the pertinent information; car type, general locale, where I want it towed and how many miles that is. He insisted that my house must be further than that from his shop and kept asking about how far it was in relationship to some gas station. After I dragged the price out of him he told me I have to call before noon or he has to pay his employees more which translates to $15/hour more cost to me. I asked about that charge, as he quoted the price by the mile, not time. He was obviously upset by this and then told me no one is available until 3 pm. I was trying to understand the charges and he told me a couple of times to call someone else before hanging up on me.

This guy took what little time he had and helped me. He was not rude at all and very down to earth. He has plenty of years of towing under his belt and knows what he is doing. You won't find a better towing service around. You don't find many nice people anymore but this guy was. I highly recommend giving them a call if you need anything towed.

Called this vendor today to set up tow and was treated as rudlely as I have been this year. Bsically he was tired of getting calls from people today - Sunday 6-19-11 and he did not have anyone available. Answered the phone at first by stating do not call me anymore and hung up. Call them back and he proceed to get ruder. Could not just say thanks for calling but I do not have anyone. Just stated he was tired of getting calls today. Do not call him it is not worth it. Look for some one else.
