They never answer the phone. I do not understand what the reason is. I needed to find out the hours of operation and something this simple can't be accomplished if no one will pick up the doggone phone. Been trying to reach them for 3 months now. This is ashame!

have been trying to get through to them on the phone for a few days now. All i want to do is make a donation and every time choose the operator on the automated machine it sends me back to the main menu. I tried to contact someone directly by extension and their mailbox was full so it just disconnects me. If it's this hard to get ahold of someone to give them items for free how hard is it to actually get help? You need to work on your customer service. It shouldn't be this hard. If you're too busy to answer the phone hire more people. It will create much needed jobs, maybe for some of the people you claim to try and be helping. I'm sure there are more than a few that would appreciate the opportunity.

this site is very cruel to the disable and the seniors clint. you can hardly get through by telephone. i am disable and have feet and leg problems and each time i go they send me back to get more info until i am threaten with cut off. i have proof that they are not during the distribution correct and they need to be eliminated. i had a terrible time with them last year and i call the administration office which was of no help. i had to call raleigh ofcs for some help. i am going to attempt again this year again and will not take the same treatment because i am a sick person.
