I work for a local contracting business in a different field (Windows) I understand consumers fears about choosing the right contractor as I had them too. Tyler and Bill from Safety King showed up on time, treated my home like their own, did an amazing job in a timely matter. I got burned 5 years ago with a local company who sent kids to do a professionals job. Safety King is a top notch company in my opinion.

I had my air ducts cleaned last week by a young man named Marcus. Marcus did a terrific job for me. Also cleaned my dryer vent....that was extremely dirty...and could have caused a fire in my condo. Marcus was very professional and helpful to me. I was very pleased with the work and look forward to having less dust and allergy related issues in my home.

I had Derik and Peter out to my house last week to clean my air ducts. They were knowledgeable and polite (they didn't even mind my three inquisitive dogs following them around the whole time). They explained everything that they were going to do and gave me tips to help my system function better. I have already told my neighbors about them!

Safety King was a great company to deal with. They did everything that they said they would do. The two men Ryan and Kory were a pleasure to work with. Well worth the money.

Marcus and Kory blew me away with their professionalism and expertise. They cleaned unholy amounts of dirt and garbage out of our one year old "new" house. GROSS!!! They are sending the pictures for our recordds. Definitely worth the investment.

I engaged Safety King because they were the only duct cleaning company which could not only provide HVAC duct cleaning, but which also could provide a video inspection of the ducts. Pete G., the lead specialist, and Robert, his assistant, were very professional, courteous, and thorough. I wanted a complete HVAC system and duct cleaning including an evap coil cleaning, and a video inspection — with a focus on the ductwork underneath my family room slab floor. They understood what I wanted and explain to me what they could and could not accomplish. As requested, they spent much time on cleaning of the slab ductwork. I am a very demanding customer and appreciate Kathy S., the customer service rep, putting up with all my demands for a detailed work proposal, All in all, Safety King surpassed all of my expectations

The two service techs (Bill & DJ) that came to my house were very courteous & professional. They were on time despite the snow, took off their shoes & put down drop cloths. Once they were done, everything was cleaned up as if they were never there. Would definitely recommend Safety King.

I just bought a house that had five cats living in it. I knew I wanted the ducts cleaned and called a few companies for quotes. I had gotten a few few that came in lower than Safety King's and wondered... so I called Safety King back to ask them why I should go with them over the the cheaper quotes. Kathy was fantastic. She never said anything bad about the competitor instead focused only on what Safety King did. I decided after talking to her to book with Safety King and am glad I did. Marcus was the tech that showed up and (right on time too!) and fro the almost three hours he was there I don't think he stopped moving! He was professional, courteous and took time to explain what he was doing if I asked. After he showed me the the before and after pictures of the ducts, I decided to also have them sensitized. He made sure to go over the information sheet about the sanitizer before applying the product.

The cleaners came out on time, used drop clothes and shoe covers. They were very efficient and professional from start to finish. We also had dryer vent cleaned and deodorizer for the ducts. It was crazy how much dirt was in the ducts and the dryer was completely full of lint and a bird nest! We will be calling you again in one year to keep the dryer vent clean

We just purchased our home and were a bit skeptical about having the ducts cleaned but thought it might be a good idea since the home is 75 years old and we had no idea when or if ever it was done last. Have to say, what a wonderful experience and thorough!! Definitely ask for Bill (William) Teipel. Super pleasant from the second he arrived and walked me through exactly what would happen. He answered every question I had and never once made me feel stupid. In fact, he told me what was happening all the way through so I knew soooo much more than before he arrived and the cost was minimal for the 3 plus hours of work he did to ensure their cleanliness. The photos DON’T lie and the amount of dirt was scary! So glad he came and cleaned them out, they look great now and we are certainly breathing better. Thanks, Bill! and Safety King!

Was grateful that the technician was so thorough during his pre-cleaning and showed us a collapsed duct sooner rather than later. We would have never known. Now I can have repairs done before weather turns too cold. I will call Safety King back after the fix and have my ducts and dryer vent cleaned too. Trust means a lot to us and Safety King has earned ours!

The day before our appointment we received an email confirmation of the time, and a picture with information about the two employees who would be working at our home. On the day of the appointment they arrived on time, were polite, and explained the cleaning process and some of the challenges to our system system. They were very tidy and took a great deal of extra time making sure the job was done properly. I would do definitely business with them again.

Matt and Kory T were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. My wife and I are very happy with the work that they did. I definitely recommend them, as well as Safety King to any of our family or business friends. I also had Safety King come out to my place of business a few years ago, and they did a great job there as well. Thanks for doing a great job this time at my house!
