I had my classic car towed by safetow, I had intended to have it taken to a more reputable mechanic in town, and the driver asked if I would mind having their mechanics do the work. I decided it may be easier to do it that way so I gave him the go ahead. Two weeks later when I got my car back, there was damage to the passenger door.



After getting attitude and denial from the owner, he gets angry with me, says to bring him a quote and he'll pay the damages, he then turns his back on me and walks off.



I left immediately to obtain a quote, then they wanted three quotes, I complied. Several hours later, I had all three quotes and the owner told me they had to wait to hear back from the insurance company.



A week later, they never sent the quote to the insurance company. Now they are refusing to work with me to get it resolved or pay the damages.



Reading other review sites, I have noticed that this is not an isolated incident.



This place is a shady hole in the wall, at best, do not go here.
