SAS put in their system back in 2004, I recently had a problem with leaking that was caused by red algae that clogged the system. They have come out and fixed the problem without damaging any of my drywall and have actually improved the system besides stopping the leak. This was all covered under their warranty. The crew that came out was on time, professional, and kept me informed on what they would do. I highly recommended SAS.

They're very friendly and professional. After they get your money, and something goes wrong, you're on your own. This idiot will fight you tooth and nail to avoid doing anything to fix HIS screwups.

We hired SAS to help with an upgrade addition to our Grosse Pointe Woods franchise. Tom & Dennis we're professional, thorough, & showed up when they said they would be there. They went above & beyond for us! I would highly recommend Tom & Dennis for any plumbing needs. We have An upcoming remodel at our second franchise location & we wouldn't use anybody else!!

Outstanding service at a great price! Our hot water heater was acting up and although we know it eventually (sooner than later) needs to be replaced, it's not something that we are read to do just yet.



We called SAS Services and they had a plumber to our home within three hours --- and although it's obvious the tank needs to be replaced, the plumber showed us what we needed to do to remedy the issue on our own until we are ready for a new one. That's what I call great service!

I felt compelled to review this company because of their honest way of doing business on each of the three occasions when they have been out to my home, most recently over the holidays.



These guys are great, not only do they have knowledgeable service employees, but they have saved me countless dollars when it came to explaining what I could do myself vs. having them do.

We hired SAS to replace our roof. We were so happy with the work they did and how accommodating they were (we were called out-of-town for a family funeral but couldn't reschedule since we had to have the roof replaced by a certain date or lose insurance coverage), the crew leader would text us pictures of the progress being done and called us to let us to keep us in the loop! Our neighbor kept an eye on the work being done in our absence and had nothing but positive things to say about what he observed during the crew's time at our home.



We were very pleased with the look of our new roof and the clean-up that had been done upon completion of the job.

Working with me , they say more promblems i had them put a new roof on Sep 3rd 2014 .Told we did not need to be home for delivery cracked driveyway now leak in spare bedroom and after rain on Hallowen a leak in Master Bedroom.Not Happy so far would call another company only hoping tbey will make it right.Deana King

We hired SAS to replace our cement driveway. They we're very nice dependable - the job began when it was supposed to and was completed quickly. Would definitely hire them again.

While mowing my lawn last week, I noticed sewage coming out from my clean out pipe in our backyard. Needless to say, I was extremely nervous that I was about to spend thousands to replace our main sewer line. I contacted SAS Services and a plumber was sent later that day. Thankfully, it was a case of tree roots needing to be removed from the line. The professionalism and knowledge of the plumber was commendable. I can honestly say I'll use them again if the need arises.

Very impressed with SAS! I hired them to fix our sinking foundation. It was decided that the best course of action would be to install helical piers to stabilize the foundation. I was sold once they told me they install the piers themselves; no sub-contracting out the work. Everyone from the sales person to the laborers were extremely responsive to all of my inquiries and concerns throughout the entire process. They gave me a time-frame of when the work would start and be completed (weather permitting, of course) and they stuck to that schedule. The clean-up upon completion of the job was thorough. I feel that I received top-notch service and work for an extremely fair price. I would not think twice of recommending SAS to anyone looking for impeccable service and quality workmanship.

We hired SAS to install an interior drainage system and because of the invasive nature of the project I was very nervous. I am very pleased to say that I couldn't have been happier with the crew that was here - they did an amazing job at keeping us informed during the installation process, they cleaned up the entire area when they were finished and when everything was complete they showed me what they did, why they put things where they did and what I needed to know in order to maintain the new system. I give SAS an A+ for customer service, price and a job well done!

Great company! Had them out to my house to replace the missing and damaged shingles on my roof before winter set in. Can't say enough about how pleased I was with the excellent customer service I received and the fair price they charged to do the work. It's great to know they do roofing, plumbing and cement work all in addition to waterproofing! SAS will be our "go-to" contractor in the future!

I just wanted to share what a great experience I had recently with SAS Services. After discovering water in my basement, I contacted SAS. A crack in my basement needed to be sealed and the entire process from start to finish was seamless and professional. Not only was the job done in a timely fashion, but the technician made sure to thoroughly clean-up his work area prior to leaving.



I would highly recommend SAS Services and will use them next year when I need to replace my roof.

We contacted SAS on the recommendation of my brother-in-law who had used them for a complicated plumbing issue last summer and was extremely pleased.



Over the weekend our basement toilet became extremely clogged...as a matter of fact the issue was so bad that this was our third attempt at having this fixed. I called SAS on Monday morning and by early afternoon Tom (a master plumber) was at our home. He was extremely friendly, knowledgable and efficient. After identifying the problem and discussing it with us, he went to work and fixed the problem. After he was done he cleaned the area and left. We were so pleased with the entire process; the price was extremely fair and the workmanship and professionalism was beyond compare. I will recommend SAS to all of my family and friends and will certainly be using them in the future!

We had a major Paver re installation, porch installation, cement walkway chimney cap and new cement parking area installed by SAS this summer can not say enough about their company and especially their construction foreman Dino! He supervised all aspects of the job. (a big one!) and he was just like you said hands on!!He found areas that needed to be repaired, had great suggestions and his supervision of the finished job was even more stringent than mine! He has come back several times to make sure we were satisfied.

I just recently had my basement waterproofed by SAS Basement Waterproofing. I was very happy with all aspects of the service. The office had organized the proper plumbing and building permits needed for my work, they even schedule all of the inspections for my work. Everything was smooth and hassle free from the estimate to the completion of work. It was very, nice. Crew was also very polite and courteous.

Wow, I want everybody to know that I had an estimate from one of those dry companies. They wanted to waterproof my basement for 19000. My friend recommended SAS, they came out and suggested that I just adjust the sump pump. This other company wanted to tear through my basement, $19000. I was so relieved to hear someones HONEST opinion. Unbelievable what some companies are willing to do to/for their customers, both good AND bad. Thanks SAS!

Basement repairs are not a fun process. It's messy and expensive to repair. SAS and their crew do good work. You need to nudge them on follow-up, but they are making a bad situation a good one.

Thank goodness for SAS's basement waterproofing system. We had their system installed during the spring due to years of previous water intake. For the week prior to Memorial Day weekend, when the rain did not seem like it was ever going to stop. Our waterproofing system stood its ground. After watching our basement and seeing no water come in all week, we were so releived to be able to go away for the long weekend without having to worry about coming home to a leaky basement.

We are soo grateful. Thank you SAS
