Provided by YP.comThese guys repaired my appliances several times and they all still work I got a free service call and a discount . One of my appliances failed again and they came out promptly and repaired it again under warranty although it was expired. CALL THEM IF NEED A REPAIR!!

Provided by YP.comThey have serviced me for a long time with out any problems I have even recommended them to my other friends. They even came back and covered a repair under their warranty although it technically had expired.

Provided by YP.comCROOKS, charged me $156 for bogus repair and then came back and said it was something else that would be another $200!!!!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY!!
The customer originally complained of a smell and that the washer would not drain. I advised the customer that the pump may be locked up or the motor was bad I then found a foreign object in the pump, removed it and discovered a small water drip from the pump so I replaced it however I found no burning smell but did advise the customer that there MAY be damage to the Motor. The customer was given the option to replace pump and motor or just the pump. Customer chose pump only. After repairing it I demonstrated to the customer that the machine was operating properly. All customers are advised in advance of any repair as to their options, consequences and costs. I returned after a second complaint and advised that the motor was in fact damaged and offered to replace the motor labor free with no mark up. She was just a very hostile and unreasonable customer. I wish her the best.
