They always do a fantastic job! I would highly recommend them for any plumbing job. Very friendly and always on time!

Used his service to repair a busted water line to an outside faucet. Did not show up on time due to working another job but called to inform he would not be able to make the scheduled time.

Arrived at my residence the next morning and spent approximately 45 minutes to access and repair the leak. Wasn't able to quote a price since the leak was behind a brick exterior and could not determine exactly what was required. Initially suggested a price of $95 to $145 based upon what he believed the problem might be.

After cutting through the brick, which he damaged several other brick with his cutter, determined a small line had frozen and ruptured. Less than 6 inches. He removed the damaged line and replace it with the exact same type. Reused my faucet so the only materials used was a small line and 2 clamps. Most likely less than $5 worth of materials. After the repairs were made he handed me a bill for $275. I couldn't believe how the costs had jumped from what was initially suggested to $275. I don't believe I would recommend his service to anyone else UNLESS you know exactly what he intends to charge. Very expensive considering what I lead to believe it would cost. I also must replace/repair the bricks on the exterior wall for who knows what amount, if I able to find someone willing to do such a small repair.

Upfront and honest. Fixed our problem in under an hour. Best priced plumber around. We will call him for all of our plumbing!

I recently replaced the countertop in my kitchen and needed a plumber to remove my faucet and install with the new countertop. Mr Russell was able to help me and came back several times (not his fault...because of granite install). Anyhow, I wanted to write a review to tell what a great job this company did for me. Thanks!
