Subcontractor for interior painting services for Home Depot. Home Depot would set up a time for Mr. Russell to come and give me an estimate for an interior painting job, no one showed up or called. This happened several times. I made repeated calls to 1-800-homedepot and was always told someone would return my call. I do not know if Home Depot is at fault, or Mr. Russell, but Mr. Russell should be aware that this effects his reputation. I would never trust him to do work for me.
