Beware. Purchased a service agreement from this company. Have maintained this agreement for over two years. I just had my furnace serviced two months ago and all was ok. It stopped working today. I called. They came. Quoted me $600 for a new board. I found the part all over the Internet for $100. With this service agreement, i am supposed to have preferred pricing. 600% mark up is preferred pricing? I called to ask questions. The service tech told me that he doesn't set the prices, I spoke to the person answering the phone and they told me the same thing. Ridiculous. I cancelled my service contract and will NEVER recommend nor do business with them.

Very friendly office staff and the technician who fixed my water heater did a great job!

My Family & household has been continusly serviced by R R Kling & Sons Plumbing/ Heating, & Air Conditioning needs for more than thirty years. Their rapid response to fix or repair immediate needs has always been & still remain a first class operation. My first built home of 1978 was & still is heated with baseboard hot water without ONE break down since day one. Ther service cleaning & maintinence has always been managed by this very same 4th Generation Family Business. From new build, repairs & newer upgrade renovations, I have but one choice to make when Mechanical needs are necessary: R R KLING & SONS.
