I'd taken slacks and coats to Rothem Cleaners for several years. About two weeks ago I went to pick up a pair of slacks. They didn't have them. I returned the next day and they said they had figured out they gave them to someone else. That someone else has never returned them. And now, Rothem having admitted they made a mistake, won't pay to correct it. They refuse to give me money to replace the slacks. Their best choice in this situation was to make it good and keep me as a loyal, paying customer. That's not the choice they made. I won't ever take clothes there again.

This place is by far the best dry cleaning business in town! I have been forced to try other places when I'm out of town or am looking for convenience, but I have been let down too many times with other places. Rothem has never disappointed me and I love how great my clothes look and that the prices are very reasonable. I also get alternations down here and I love how great they make jeans look with the "original hem." I also think it's a plus that the owners/workers are consistent; therefore the lady that's always there knows who i am, what i like, and how i want my clothes done. She's super nice and very efficient. Love the drive through, too.

very high priced for sending laundry out, poor customer service. They took up where another Dry Cleaners was and definetely don't measure up. Too bad, that area really needs a good one again.
