Don't use them. Ask for some other Arborist.

I am not satisfied with their services.

I had a tree fell down on my roof from the back yard. I called the company and I was told the job took four hours for three man labor.

On the job day, two guys showed up on time- between8:30am-9am as scheduled.

The boss arrived one hour late. I spoke with two workers clearly that where should they leave the cut piece and where should they leave the branches.

By 11:50am. The boss told me that they are done and have to leave. I asked him why all the cut small piece of tree are scattered everywhere. I already pointed a spot for them to put all together. He asked me to pay extra half an hour for them to do it. I said you should have 4 hours work here, it is not the time yet. He said my guys left my office at 7am, it should be 5 hours i just count you 4 hours. I told him i would be very unsatisfied with his service if he leave without finish this service. But he left.

I strongly not recommend this service to my friends and anybody in Portland Metro area.

There are lots of good service there. I learned my lesson hope you can get benefit from that.
