I called at 7:06 one morning with issues at 3 of my rental homes. I got an answering service. They made me go through every address, the problem at every address and several other questions. I spent 15 minutes on the phone. They then said that someone would call me when they got in the office. At 1:56 the same afternoon, I had not heard from anyone and called back. The woman explained that she had never gotten the message. When I started to explain AGAIN what I needed, she informed me that she didn't service my area (all of 20 minutes away). So now I have wasted a full day waiting.

This company advertises like they are local but they are not. They come out of Memphis. They were at my place less than 5 minutes to unstop a toilet and charged over $ 140 after I complained they knocked off 10%. Do not use this company.
