The salesmen there are jackasses. I'd rather buy an import than drive one of their "Government Motors."

I have bought a car from Riley, as well as had service work done there, and even a trip to thier body shop. All of my experiences were great! I would recommend all of my family and friends to go there. My car buying experience was wonderful. Unlike my two previous times. They made me feel comfortable, and they were not pushy, they just wanted us to be happy with our decision. The service guys were the same. They made sure we understod exactly what was going on, and were so friendly and pleasent. The body shop carried out with the same friendly atmoshere. Great experiance EVERY time!

I went to the service department to get a part fixed on y car. I have had three other mechanics look at the car and all of them agreed that it was one of two different parts. I took it to the service department and ask them if they would check these two parts and fix it only. I also told them that this was an old car and i don't want anything else looked at. They proceeded to do things their way and told me that they didn't think that i was right. Basically they were telling me that I didn't know what i was talking about. So they went threw my engine like i asked them not to and tried to tell me that it could be something else. in the end i waited over 5 hours to get me vehicle back when it should have only taken them 1.6 hours to finish from start to finish. And for my defense they were not buzy at all. So a word to the wise, don't judge, we might be smarter than what you think.P.S. The part that i thought was broke was broke and it took them and extra 4 hours tofigureit out
