Mike came to my house the same day I called which was about 3:00 pm I was having problems with my refrigerator. He was very friendly and polite and was able to diagnose and fix the problem in a short amount of time. The cost was very reasonable. I wish all service technicians were as professional and knowledgeable as Mike was. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and neighbors.
