I used this guy for my first home purchase, he said, and i quote " this is a great, well built home". He found no problems except that a towel bar was not hung. Two days later I closed and moved in, found a running toilet, a leaking sink, and worse of all no dryer vent hole in my laundry room. Those items were clearly marked in his 30 page inspection that he inspected those items and they were in working order. I would NEVER recommend this guy Ed or his business to my worst enemies!!! Don't try to save the 50 bucks he will save you, use a REAL home inspector!!!!!
