Needed an estimate for a home under contract. Very well. The estimators were very thorough, professional and prompt and their pricing was fair. Also the scheduling department was helpful and informative.

Glass replacement in 2 windows (top and bottom in one, and just bottom in the other). It was estimated 7-10 days to get the glass in, but they called me in just 3 days! Joseph came out to install the glass, and was professional from start to finish. Debbie in the office is extremely personable and knowledgeable... she took the time to answer my questions and explain the process to me. I would recommend REM A D Window repair without any reservations.

Great. Very professional and their work is fantastic.

I had 3 picture windows replaced. There was an issue with one of them with the glass cracking at the time of installation. They were very apologetic, ordered the replacement and came back in a timely manner with the replacement.

I just want to say, they took their time, did the task well, and all looks as if it is now done right the first time. I just hate a hurried job in which the workers must be called back for rework. They couldn’t save much of the old windows, but we didn’t have much choice for them. My wife had some of my late Mother’s hand painted china displayed on a wall. Your man mentioned to my wife that it might be a good idea to take it down, as the sawing vibration might cause it to fall. My Mother painted these pieces with her own hands, and if any of these things were broken, there are no replacements in the world. Similar to the installation for my daughter, everything looks magnificent. You have two fine employees, and if I had anything to say, they should get a raise. I understand the shadescreen will follow soon. I will try to have the wood painted around the windows prior to installation. I got several cards for handing out to people interested in windows for their house.

After calling several other businesses, I randomly called Rem A D looking for a special, difficult-to-find, $0.40 part that isn't carried by the big-box stores and not even available by some window repair and installation companies. Debbie answered the phone and I explained what I was looking for. She was extremely polite and courteous and offered to leave me the piece I needed outside the door as they were actually closed and she did it without charge! This is great business practice and I couldn't thank her enough. It's this type of customer service that guarantees I will patronize a business when the need arises. Next time I need window repair or installation, Rem A D is getting my business.

This is the first review I have written on this site. I just wanted to post a note to say I was very impressed with this company. I had a window smashed out in a burglary of my home, so obviously I was very upset and in a hurry to get it fixed. Even though it was a dual-pane, they were able to get it installed the next day. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and professional: Juan (who came to take measurements) and I think it was Mark who actually did the install.

Great service and prompt which is appreciated.

I had a great experience with this company! I called because 1 of the triangles on the large rounded window above our door was broken. They came out in about an hour and got right to work. Thankfully I had a ladder he could use otherwise he would've had to reschedule me. I can't remember why he said he didn't have one. He ended up having to cut a piece of triangular glass matching the broken one on-site because he didn't have one on his truck. After a little over an hour he was done and we have no more broken glass. Happy with the results!

I had Rem AD Window repair to my home a year ago and they fixed many of our windows that were off track. Last week after our major rain here in Phoenix, I had two windows leaking in our den. The tech could not see my problem as a window issue so he called in his supervisor and sure enough is was not a window issue, it was a roof issue. They calked around our windows just in the event that we had rain before the roofer could come out. They did not charge me anything for coming to our home. It is refreshing to have an honest company come to our house. I would advise everyone who needs window work to call this company they are the BEST!

I highly recommend these guys. They arrive when they say they will and if they are going to be late, they call you and let you know. I needed to get three windows repaired. Two of them they banged out quickly and professionally. The other was a dual-pane in a door that is pretty much considered an antique - heck, it's only 40 years old. Anyway, because of the design of the door, they were unable to replace the window. Did they charge me for the window they built to put in the door? Heck no. Not only that, but they gave me some leads on the manufacturer and some tips on what I can do to solve that problem.

Oh, and unlike another window company that was recommended to me, they came out and did estimates on all the windows, free of charge. Their technicians were all polite, professional, courteous and hard workers.

Highly Recommended. Fast, reliable service at an extremely competitive price. We had to get our window replaced in our bathroom, its a low-e double pane window so it had to be special ordered. From initial estimate date to completed project it was 10 days. Day of install they were in and out in 40 minutes, Window looks great and we couldnt be happier with the end result.

Debbie returned my message promptly and offered a very good price to fix the rollers on my patio sliding glass door. Mark arrived early in the a.m., and spent plenty of time making adjustments to the previously-messed-with-by-someone 1991 doors/tracks which had settled over time. Also gave us some good tips for future maintenance. This company is great, I highly recommend them.
