Ted was very thorough and took him time to ensure our inspection was complete. He also knows lots of people if you ever need help for an issue. His inspection report was completed in a timely fashion. Very good job!

I was purchasing my first home when I was referred to Ted and I could not be happier with the results. Ted found several major things that were missed on the builder's walk-through "inspection". I have no doubt that he has saved me thousands in future repairs. My home was brand new construction, so some people told me that an inspection was not necessary, but I am so glad that I went through with it. Ted is one of the most knowledgable people I have met. I called Ted Sanchez at Reliance Inspections to inspect my new home for mold 1 1/2 weeks after it was flooded during the roof being replaced. I can't say enough positive things about the experience. Of course I was very pleased to learn that we did not seem to have a mold issue; but perhaps more importantly Ted gave me tons of helpful advice for mitigating or eliminating other moisture issues both on the inside & outside of our house. Lving in a frame house in such a humid climate, his information will be extremely valuable in maintaining our home. On top of being so knowledgeable, I found Ted to be a true professional - prompt, prepared and pleasant to deal with. I highly & happily recommend Reliance Inspections and Ted Sanchez for any moisture/mold assessment needs.

This industry is filled with unqualified and underhanded people. That is why it is so refreshing to meet a professional like Ted Sanchez. He was upfront, knowledgeable, fully qualified, reasonable, prompt and considerate. My situation was tainted with an awful experience that raised doubt about the entire industry in Florida. However, if everyone in this field conducted themselves and their businesses the way Ted does we would all sleep better at night knowing that our homes are safe. Absolutely the best! He completed three home inspections for me and saved me over $15,000 in major repairs that the seller had claimed he had no knowledge of on the disclosure form and then later admitted to knowing. Very responsive to short notice inspections, particularly in this market. Fantastic service! We called for a mold inspection and Ted was over within a hour. He was straight forward and easy to understand. He explained the situation and made recommendations on how to resolve our issue. We wish we would have known about Ted earlier, we would have used him for our home inspection.

Ted was a consummate professional throughout the testing process. Easy to get in touch with and quick to set up an appointment. He was thoroughly knowledgeable about the mold problems I was experiencing and clearly communicated what needed to be done and why. He was upfront with the costs of the testing he performed and explained in detail why I needed the test as well as what these test may or may not tell me. He told me exactly when I should expect the results of the tests and promptly followed-up with the results. Ted is a perfect example to all service professionals as to how to run your business and deal with clients. Highly recommended.

Ted returned all my calls promptly. He took the extra time to explain his findings in detail and in a language that I could understand. He explained all costs and procedures upfront, so there were no surprises. I felt comfortable that my most valuable asset, my house, was in the hands of such a professional.

This is the second time that I've used Reliance Inspections, and they are simply incredible. I watched the look on my fiance's face when she saw how thorough, detailed and informative our inspector was at the end of the process (her jaw just about dropped). If you plan on properly maintaining your home in the long run the inspections are worth well over twice their cost or more!

Great customer service. I was very impressed with the thoroughness of the inspection and how quickly our questions were answered. We live out of town so we were concerned about several items on the inspection report. Ted did a great job easing our fears by explaining those items in greater detail. The inspection report was well written and the pictures so helpful to see the actual problems being addressed. We would recommend Reliance Inspections to anyone for an inspection.
