Not an American employer. He fired someone on Dec. 6th, 2017 for missing two phone calls (which were followed up in succession at 5min & 40min) to the employee's PERSONALLY paid phone line, out of scheduled hours. This employee had just taken a massive pay cut to join Reichert & Knepp and was fired... yes... just before the Christmas season.

Take your business here if you don't have a soul.

I'm not sure why this business bothers to spend heavily on local advertising like they need customers but exhibits a snarky, unprofessional attitude over the phone and in person like they don't need customers, it's a real contradiction.

When I called the location with questions concerning picking up my car the guy who answered was rude, like I was bothering him and he had better things to do. When I actually did pick it up I got a terse remark relating to how long the car had been on the lot. This business advertises heavily on local radio, I think a little common courtesy would be just as effective.
