My refrigerator was behaving strangely... it wouldn't keep it cool most of the time no matter how high the setting was and the noises it usually makes were sometimes terrifying. I went the easy way and just called for an idea of what to do. A nice gentleman came to visit afterwards, I was treated in a friendly yet professional manner, which I like very much from these professionals. The coils were dirty and the socket was a bit loose, causing it to not get enough energy. Thanks for the service, now it's working fine!

Called asking for a freezer repair man, and after being transferred to new people about seven or eight times I was given to contacts took call for refrigerator and freezer repair. I called the first one and they have been out of business for two years. The other one was a number for a custom woodworking company about 100 miles from the location I requested. I was facing an emergency situation where I needed a freezer repairman ASAP and that whole phone call goose chase wasted 50 minutes of my time. Ridiculous.

These people are thieves do not get scammed. The phone specific number through which they sent of the thief to my house is 201-885-4144 avoid this scam at all cost, because all they do is send people randomly that they know nothing about you may get some inept repair man or a straight up thief like I did, some may be more shady than others. If they don't perform the repair right they will not make it right. They charged 400 dollars to fix the refrigerator said it would take a while to get cold the dude left been trying to get someone to come back and fix this for days because it isn't fixed and everything spoiled, they have now blocked my number both the thief and the service.

I contacted consumers affairs, BBB and the police department this is a scam they put you in contact with random contractors that may or may not be inept, and after they take your money and don't fix anything they'll runaway with your money, so do yourself a favor stay away.

Most of the reviews here are fake accounts created by the business shell to promote their shell phony companies that all they do is put you in contact with likely thieves, just check their profiles most of them are created with the sole purpose of leaving great reviews for this phony business and another scam they have running about general contractors and the fake reviewers always seem to review those two with very similar 3 to 5 lines well written copy + paste jobs.

Befor repair didn't give us a price, after repair, they claim if not pay what they want, they will not leave. Stand outside of the door.

Bought a new fridge and needed to have it installed, the guys came and the job was quick and efficient. They were easy to talk to and friendly, I really liked it. Will recommend them if anyone needs.

I called 855-906-3646 for my home refrigerator. A man came named Roberto (I was told Carlos would be coming). The man did not speak one word of English! I told Tim in the office I did not speak Spanish. I was told the man would give me a quote, and if I accepted, he'd do the work. He was crouched down behind the refrigerator and I couldn't see what he was doing. AFTER he changed the relay and and overload he called the office and Tim quoted me a price of $425 dollars! At that moment I had no idea what the price should be and the work was already done without a quote beforehand. I handed Roberto cash and asked for a receipt. He put me back on the phone with Tim and Tim said I am sending you an email with a receipt and two year warranty on the part. The man left. Through quick research, I discovered the parts together cost less than $100. I called Tim to inform him and asked where my receipt was. He told me he would call back in an hour and never did. to rectify my complaint of overpayment. They ripped me off and the refrigerator still wasn't working as before. I called over and over and apparently he recognized my number and wouldn't answer. Once he did pick up and when I said hello he hung up. I contacted the BBB and Consumer Affairs about these thieves. Apparently they operate all over the city under different names. One address is 485 E. 180 Street in the Bronx. Another phone number they use is 718 880-4164. PLEASE save yourself a lot of stress and do not use these incompetent scammers.

Great repair service. My refrigerator is a bit old, so it was bound to need some fixing sometime soon. But it's working just fine for now, I'll let them know if I need anything else, but so far so good!

Cat owners, if your cat likes to walk behind your fridge... be wary of trouble. Apparently, the fur causes the "what-ya-might-call-it" to malfunction, damaging the performance and maybe even compromising it for good. I didn't know that, but the contractor did and was very nice to explain it to me after he saw my two cats walking around. Thanks for the info!

I called looking for a routine solution, the kind of problem I have with the freezer all the time... however, I got more than I expected: the repairman noticed something wrong with the wires, which was the reason my freezer kept failing from time to time - and no one else brought that to my attention before him. Spared me from buying a new freezer AND got himself a new customer.

I was desperately looking for a local service in the morning before work, when I found the website on Google. I made first contact straight from work, entirely through the site and soon I got a reply scheduling the visit. I didn’t know the service but I’m glad I found it. Saved me a bunch of running around and calling random numbers! Thanks!
