Our office has used Red Truck Fire & Safety for our inspection and certification services for the past several years, and there is a reason we keep coming back to them: excellent and professional customer service. They have always been forthcoming with all of the work they have performed at our building regarding timing, pricing, and necessary work. Their staff is always friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful to offer suggestions or services that we were not previously aware of. They are always eager to work with us to resolve any issues that arise, and skilled at getting the job done properly and efficiently. One of the things I appreciate most about this company is that they keep our inspection schedule and contact us when we are due for service, and conduct all certification and Fire Marshal communications on our behalf. Thanks to Red Truck, we are always ready to pass Fire Department inspections, and, most importantly, our building is fire-safe. We will continue to use Red Truck for our fire safety needs as long as we can.
