This is a very good company, been with them for over 5 years and they have never missed a pickup. Until this time and it was my fault, miss placed bill. Office staff is friendly and efficient, would recommend red creek to anyone!

Wow, it sounds like the previous reviewer had a bad experience. But, I've had a really good experience with Red Creek. Always on time, no payment issues, and they go above and beyond just picking up the trash/recycle. My driver will get out of his truck to clean up wind-blown garbage in my yard! I guess it depends a bit on who you have on your route.

This company is a joke. Half of the time my trash just plain didn't get picked up. Their third-party online payment system is horrible. It would take out the payment and put it back about 6 times. Do NOT choose this trash removal company!
