If I could have given zero stars, I would have.We called AAA today, and requested a flatbed to tow our car from Bainbridge to Vestal... RC Sales showed up with a vehicle already on the flatbed and started to hook our car up behind the truck. I asked them if they would be putting the car on the other flatbed that was parked outside the house, and they said no... So I said, very politely, that we'd really prefer a flatbed. The guy got all bent out of shape and was EXTREMELY rude to me. So rude, in fact, that I asked him to unhook the car and told him we'd call someone else. I am shocked and disgusted by the lack of professionalism...
