Vehicle was towed on 7/72018 by Ray's. While waiting to be transported to repair shop, items were taken from vehicle. When taken to repair shop, vehicle keys were not returned.
Owner refuses to take responsibility for theft.
Reports being filed with Better Business Bureau, Public Utilities Commission, and Pueblo Police Department.
