I have done business with them for years. They used to be amazing, very professional and went above and beyond. For the last couple years the service has gotten progressively worse. The customer service is ridiculous. The wife of the owner literally cackles at customers, berates them and goes on about how stupid other customers are after they leave. I have experienced her horrible treatment of customers every single time I wait for an oil change. I have witnessed 2 situations where they quoted one price but then charged a much higher price. I am not sure what happened but I would not recommend even an oil change with Rays Alignment.

Called for a quote and make an appointment for repairs. The lady on the phone laughed as I was trying to explain the problem. So I decided to take my business elsewhere. I explained my problem to the next repair shop the same as the first time but with out being made to feel stupid. I wouldn't use this place to repair a Tonka Truck.
