My experience at this repair facility was beyond satisfactory. This business definitely knows what they are doing and did all the repairs according to how I asked. The staff was extremely friendly and easy to work with and i couldn't have been more pleased with how my vehicle was repaired. I would highly recommend this repair facility as they are very professional and know what they are doing.

Shop was assigned to do the repairs on one of our vehicles, when we asked them to prove a part needed to be replaced by asking them to cut out the skin of the door and take pics of the bent rails inside the door, they refused, we insisted, they said they are busy, took them 4 days, they only did it after we notified them that we were taking the vehicle to another shop to handle the repairs. They proceeded to charge us outrageous fees that went against our contract, and made the other shop pay the fees to release the vehicle. They said the fees are justified because they spent so much time on the vehicle estimating and teardown they are charging 783.24 (took them less than 2 hours to do the teardown)
