Provided by YP.comTammy and her crew at Raintect Roofing provided professional and top-notch service. They were always on time for any appointents, which is a big plus in my book. They complete the job in timely manner, clean-up was excellent, and there were NO surprise hidden costs. The final price was exactly as the proposal. I have referred them to my friends, and will DEFINITELY be calling them for any future roofing needs. Thanks Tammy!

Provided by YP.comI had roofing with Raintec. The people done my roof in 1 day. Tammy the best. After they done the roofing,they cleaned my yard after. So happy with Raintec. And the price is right.
and now Raintec except the credit card too. Heaven :)

Provided by YP.comHad Rain Tec install a roof vent fan at a very high price. Had problem with the fan viberating. I had to call the manufacturer myself and they agreed to pay for replacement of fan blade and labor. They shipped me a replacement blade at no charge. I then called Tammy Crisp, Owner of Rain Tec Roofing and explained the situation to her. After that call explaining the problem she will not return repeated calls or attempts to get in touch with her. It has now been over 2 weeks and no response from her at all. I will now have to get another contractor to provide the service that Rain Tec should have been willing to provide. Rest assured, I will never use her company again.
As the customer stated. The manufacture took the responsibility for the fan vibrating and replaced it and paid the labor as well. At the time of this customers issue with the faulty fan, I was dealing with a death in my family and was unable to provide him with additional service that was being paid for by a manufacture. I did speak to this homeowner and provided a broken down invoice of the original install so he could bill the manufacture the labor charge. I completed my original contract terms with him. RainTec Roofing is not responsible for faulty equipment. I as the owner of RainTec Roofing put forth a huge effort at all times to meet all of my clients needs, I think this rating is unjust because the manufacture took responsibility for both the fan and the labor to install.
