The company (New Horizon Roofs) that put my roof on didn't have time to install my gutters, so they referred me to Joe with Rainbow, and they were able to schedule us pretty quickly and they look really nice on my new roof.

OK to make a long story short!!! We contracted them for 84'of guttering with 2 down spouts on our workshop!! Well this was back in Dec of 2014 and this is April 30, of 2015 when they finally showed up and finished!! When they came over Tue April 28 we had decided that we wanted an additional 34'of guttering with 3 down spouts!!! Ok!!! We also said that we wanted the screen guard!! The gentleman said no big deal this will not cost that much and I will not bill you until I come back with the rest of the screen guard for the back!! WOW!!! Our original estimate was $443.00!!! Well we found out today that we were going to see a rude intrusion with this company with no lube!!! For 34'of guttering with 3 down spouts and screen guard..... get this it jumped to $1,029.00 but upon calculations WOW it dropped to $$$1.009.00 after we said this is not right and of course the owner showed up!!!! What a savings when now they disclose upon asking that the gutter guard was $2.14 a foot and that cost the most!!!And then we were told that every thing gets rounded up by 5'. Really!!! Screen over the gutter prior cut cost this much !!! This company is not preaching the Whole Some High quality that they preach!!! We had it in writing!! But they are so deceitful and yes we paid you in full because we are honest!!! But you are very dishonest people!!! Run Away!!!
