Very pleased with the friendliness and professionalism of both the shop and the field force. My "emergency" was handled in a very efficient manner. The owner was very personable and explained in detail what needed to be done and why. I will definitely be using RM Mechanical for any future plumbing and/or heating needs.

This team showed up the same day I called, gave us a quick fix and had a new unit up and running within 24 hours. Their numbers were extremely competitive and the work was excellent. They will certainly be the first number I call when I have any heating, plumbing or air conditioning needs.

My furnace wasn't working so I called RM Mechanical. I explained that I thought it just needed to be cleaned out. They were advertising "$85 Furnace Service" They sent out a technician to look at it. All he did was turn the main power on and off and it worked. We tried this a few more times and when he was ready to leave it didn't work. So he shut it off again and turned it back on and it worked. He said he didn't know what the problem was but he would replace the Ignition Module ($150) and the igniter ($45). So he wanted me to replace these parts costing me more money when these parts could be good yet. Then he brought in a bill for $130. He couldn't fix my furnace or even tell me what's wrong with it and expected me to pay $40 for a service call and $90/hr. Ridiculous!!!!I STRONGLY suggest taking your furnace service somewhere else!!
