Provided by YPmobileWhen a tenant flushes cigarettes down the toilet with city sewer tell the tenant so they know its may be affecting something. Dont just tell the owner to get the tenant in trouble because she questioned why she signed a blank invoice without pricing. Good try though. Shady add ons. Get a second opinion.
